1. General Policy

 

All payments made to the Goan Institute for hall bookings, event registrations, or activities are subject to this policy.

 

2. Hall Booking Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made in advance.

Refunds, if applicable, will be considered based on the timing of cancellation.

The institute reserves the right to deduct administrative charges.

3. Event Registration

Event fees are generally non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the Goan Institute.

In case of cancellation by the institute, a full or partial refund may be issued.

4. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be provided for failure to attend an event or utilize a booking.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
